I rarely EVER cook fish. I like fish, but I would rather have some one else do the cooking. That way my house doesn't stink afterwards and I wont screw it up. Tonight I attempted to bbq some seasoned mahi mahi from Trader Joe's. I think it would have been excellent had I not over cooked it. But at just under $5 for 3 small filets I wont complain.

Fish
