I rarely EVER cook fish. I like fish, but I would rather have some one else do the cooking. That way my house doesn't stink afterwards and I wont screw it up. Tonight I attempted to bbq some seasoned mahi mahi from Trader Joe's. I think it would have been excellent had I not over cooked it. But at just under $5 for 3 small filets I wont complain.

Fish

oh how i miss Trader Joes! We just moved and there is no TJ's around here, not even close...It was my favorite place to grocery shop....snif, snif!

I don't think I could survive with out Trader Joe's. I feel for you! The closest one to me is a 35 minute all freeway drive and it is worth every minute of that drive.
